This contract aims to define the general terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relationship established between HYRAW DESIGN and its customer upon purchase. These terms and conditions are complete and final. They are enforceable against third parties.
The sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute is the Court of Marseille.
Any order validated by a customer implies their agreement to all the general terms and conditions of sale listed on this website.
HYRAW DESIGN reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a prior dispute.
HYRAW DESIGN retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price by the customer.
It is strongly recommended that you provide a telephone number. In case of any problem with your order, we will call you to ship it as soon as possible.

3. Order Placement and Electronic Signature
Any order form signed by the consumer via a "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance that can only be challenged in the limited cases provided for in this contract, such as "right of withdrawal" and "out of stock."
The "double click," combined with the authentication and non-repudiation procedures and the protection of message integrity, constitutes an electronic signature.
This electronic signature has the same legal value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
4. Payment Method
By credit card (you must provide a landline number, not a mobile number). The online payment system is a secure payment method. When you provide your credit card information, you are no longer with HYRAW DESIGN but on the Crédit Lyonnais (LCL) server, which ensures your payment is completely secure.
To combat fraud: Your IP address and server HOST data will be recorded, as well as the exact dates and times of transactions. This unique and formal identification legally binds you to the transaction. This information will remain confidential unless we detect an attempted fraud. In that case, we will file a complaint, and all data collected about you will be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor's Office for investigation.
5. Delivery Time
Orders paid by credit card are processed within 72 hours (product availability is updated daily to avoid items being temporarily or permanently unavailable). However, an item may occasionally become out of stock during the day. In such cases, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss your options: the acceptable waiting time to receive your order, the desired replacement item, or cancellation of the out-of-stock item and an adjustment to your payment.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs have been calculated as accurately as possible. Shipments are sent via Colissimo by La Poste (the French postal service).
For deliveries to a pickup point: if the package is not claimed within the timeframe specified by La Poste Colissimo (14 calendar days for a Pickup point or post office, or 5 calendar days for a Pickup locker), it will be automatically returned to us. You will then be responsible for the shipping costs to resend your order.
7. Receiving your package
Upon receiving your order, please carefully check the contents and condition of the goods. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, refuse the package. We will then contact the postal service to resolve the issue, and you will receive the replacement products.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 business days from the date of delivery if the products are not suitable.
Items must be returned at the consumer's expense in good condition, complete, unused, and unworn.
In the case of a product return, only the price of the product will be refunded.
Shipping costs paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable.
The consumer may request a refund or a credit note in the form of a voucher.

10. To preserve the longevity of your product
– Maximum washing temperature 30°C (turn your t-shirt inside out before washing)
– Do not tumble dry or dry clean
– Do not iron the printed area (or if you must, iron it inside out with a damp cloth and a low heat setting).
